T3 Lacrosse runs elite teams for players in 5th grade through 11^th grade. The Elite Teams are primarily summer tournament teams. T3 North is based out of the Somerset Country area and T3 Shore is based out of the Monmouth County area.  Players will receive outstanding coaching, compete against the best travel programs in the country and develop friendships with players from neighboring youth and high school lacrosse programs.  We play to win, while recognizing the value of the contributions of all team members.

Practice sessions consist of a combination of position specific instruction, strategy and game situation training.  We also introduce our players to the latest in speed and agility training and provide them with an off season training guide for strength and conditioning.  The practice sessions are not used for conditioning. We expect our players to work on their own and come to us ready to play in the best condition possible. 

Our family of elite team athletes is serious and dedicated.  The program is primarily a summer commitment.   We do have preseason practices starting in February, as well as year round opportunities to play with your T3 Elite teammates in our leagues.  But, most practices and tournaments are held in the months of June and July.  We also offer an optional fall tournament.  To get an idea of the elite team dates, take a look at last year’s practice and tourney schedule under the buttons above.   Dates will change slightly.

We are committed to continuing to increase the competitive level of our teams.   Several of our teams won division championships and/or made finalist appearances in playoffs again this summer.   Our T3 Elite program has earned the respect of the collegiate coaches.  Our athletes are getting noticed by top level DI, II, and III college coaches.  We are proud that T3 has helped open up so many college opportunities for our high school athletes.  And we are impressed by the progress our younger girls are making each year.  There is no doubt that higher level competition really helps an athlete elevate her game.

Tryout dates for our summer 2008 Elite Teams have been set.  All players must tryout even if they played for T3 Elite in the prior year.
