What if it rains?
We usually play in the rain as long as the weather does not
interfere with player safety.
If there is thunder or lightning, all play is suspended
for 20 minutes.
Play may resume if the storm clears. If there are thunderstorms in the area, we ask
that parents stay close by in case their child needs to
be picked up.
The availability of shelter from rain varies by
location.
If there is continuous heavy rain, recreation
departments may close the fields.

Will there be weather related make ups?
We can not guarantee make up sessions due to weather related
cancellations.
Because of limited field space and coach availability,
make ups are
extremely
difficult. Most
sessions will be held even if it’s raining.
If only one session has to be cancelled, there
will not be a make up.
In the case of a second cancellation, T3 will
make every effort to reschedule the session.
How are program cancellations communicated?
If a program is cancelled more than one hour in advance of
start time, an email will be sent to all registered
players. A
recorded message with program
status is
also available on the office line 908-766-4664.
Sometimes the decision on whether a program can
be held must be made on the field.
If there is not a cancellation message on the
office line, we are planning on holding the program.

What equipment does my child need?
All players: Sneakers/cleats and water bottle
Mini Laxers: Sticks only
1st/2nd Grade:
Stick and mouth guard
3rd through
12th grade:Stick,
mouth guard and goggles
Can I get a refund?
Any person requesting a refund up to 2 weeks prior to
program start date will receive a credit for a future
program minus a $35 handling fee.
There will be
NO credits
issued once the session has started.
We do
not issue refunds.
What if my child is going to be absent?
With the exception of elite teams, you do not have to inform
us if your child will be absent.
