Being a two sport athlete is not an easy feat, but T3 Lacrosse alumna Kathleen Jaeger takes it in stride. Senior Jaeger has become a star performer at TCNJ in both track and field and lacrosse. In her junior year she won the 800 meter in the NJAC Championship, was named All-NJAC First Team, and placed 7th at the NCAA DIII National Championships in the 800m. These incredible accomplishments led to being named NJAC Indoor Track & Field G. Larry James Most Outstanding Athlete and for the second year earned All-American Honors. Jaeger transitioned to lacrosse in the spring not missing a single step. She was second on the team and third in the NJAC in goals (55). This year she is looking to break into the TCNJ history books Top 25 for career goals. Her strong junior season led to being named First-Team All-NJAC, NJAC Midfielder of the year, First-Team All-Boardwalk Region and Second-Team All-American.
Jaeger looks back at her recruiting process and appreciates T3 Lacrosse’s helping hand throughout. “Believe me when I say that was not an easy thing to do, but it really helped me visualize my future. I really appreciated that both my coaches and other staff members were just a call, text, or email away.” Going into her senior year she still has “T3 staff checking in or congratulating me (her), meaning they’re still a large part of my (her) college experience!”
Jaeger is set to start her lacrosse season on February 23rd at Neumann University. T3 is proud to have placed over 500 athletes across all divisions. Check out the T3 College Commitments page to see where T3 is in the NCAA.
