T3 Staff Spotlight: Jaimie Peterson

T3 Lacrosse Program Manager Jaimie Peterson has been a part of T3 Lacrosse on the field, on the sideline and behind the desk working on our corporate business team.  As a member of T3 Lacrosse North, Jaimie was recruited to play defense for the TCNJ Lions.  In 2013, Jaimie helped TCNJ earn the title of NJAC Conference Champions. Jaimie then hopped right on the sideline for T3 in 2013 where she started as an assistant coach T3 North 2015 Blue.  There she coached beside Jen Marrosu who has taken her coaching experience over to Hong Kong, where she coaches the Hong Kong National Lacrosse Team. Gaining valuable experience as a player and coach gave her valuable insight into how the business operated. She began managing T3 programming in September of 2018, coordinating the logistical efforts for several different areas including camps, leagues, training and programming.  Jaimie has put on many hats for T3 Lacrosse and reflects on her different experiences throughout the years. When she was a player, she remembers her experience at Lax for the Cure.  “The environment and atmosphere in New Egypt is always uplifting and you get to play tough competition.” Returning as a coach, she enjoys being a part of a philanthropic event that she can support.  Jaimie takes many values and techniques that she learned as a player at T3 and uses them in her coaching for T3 and for her assistant coaching position at Caldwell University. All of my T3 coaches emphasized having fun no matter what and that is something I absolutely instill in my players now. I like to bring a mix of fun and hard work into every practice/tournament.”  We wish Jaimie luck in her season opener with the Cougars on March 1st against Saint Thomas Aquinas College!
