T3 Lacrosse Announces Addition of Accomplished Coach Alison Fisher As Director of Coaching and Player Development

T3 Lacrosse is excited to welcome new Director of Coaching and Player Development, Alison Fisher. She will be a strong asset to the T3 staff with 18 years of collegiate Division I coaching experience, 11 years as a head coach and 7 as an assistant coach. 

Fisher was a 4 year starter in both lacrosse and field hockey at Lafayette College. She helped her lacrosse team win 3 Patriot League championships and her field hockey team win 1. She was also a 3 time Academic All-American and the Patriot League Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year and Lafayette Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2001.

As the head coach at Lafayette College, Fisher transitioned the program from a non scholarship program to a fully funded scholarship program. During this time she brought her team to 2 Patriot League tournaments and had players with many honors including 4 Patriot League Players of the Year, 20 All Patriot League Selections, 6 Regional All Americans and 10 All Patriot League Academic Team Selections. Fisher has also chaired the IWLCA National All American Committee and the IWLCA Mid Atlantic Region All American Committee and acted as an NCAA Regional Representative for the Patriot League. 

Before becoming the head coach at Lafayette, Fisher was a graduate assistant at the University of Delaware and assistant coach at both Princeton University and LaSalle University. During her time at Princeton, under Hall of Fame Coach Chris Sailer, Fisher helped guide the Tigers to qualify for the NCAA Tournament each season and become NCAA Runner Up. As well, she lead her athletes to several honors including 8 All-Americans, 3 Ivy League Rookie of the Year selections and 3 Ivy League Player of the Year honorees. 

Fisher has extensive experience in program management, student athlete mentoring, recruiting, player development, event planning, on field coaching and game preparation at all levels. With a plethora of collegiate coaching and recruiting experience, Fisher knows what it takes to compete at that level and how to mentor athletes to achieve their goals.
