Any person requesting a refund up to 2 weeks prior to program start date will receive a credit towards future T3 programs minus a $45 administration fee. There will be NO credits or refunds issued once the session has started. This policy is inclusive of all injuries that may occur prior or during the program. However, if a doctor’s note can be provided, program directors can issue a credit on a case by case basis. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED DUE TO WEATHER RELATED POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATIONS!

What is your refund policy for Individual Showcase events?

NO refunds will be issued for any request made within 60 days of the event start date. We offer Registration Saver Insurance to fully protect your individual showcase investment. What if it rains during a T3 training class or tournament?

Training and game play continues in the rain as long as the weather does not interfere with player safety. If there is thunder or lightning, all play is suspended for 30 minutes. Play may resume when the storm clears. The availability of shelter from rain varies by location.

If there is continuous heavy rain, facilities may close the fields. If fields are closed in advance of a program’s or tournament’s start time, an email and text alert will be sent to all registered athletes.

Will there be weather related make ups?

We can not guarantee make up sessions due to weather related cancellations. Because of limited field space and coach availability, make ups are extremely difficult. Most sessions will be held even if it’s raining. If only one session has to be canceled, there will not be a make up. In the case of a second cancellation, T3 will make every effort to reschedule the session or provide a way for players to makeup lost time.

How are program cancellations communicated?

If a program is canceled more than one hour in advance of start time, an email and text alert will be sent to all registered players. Cancellation will be posted under announcements page of website too. Sometimes the decision on whether a program can be held must be made on the field. If you have not received a cancellation message and nothing is posted on our website, then we are planning on holding the program. Report to the field for further information.

Will my daughter/son be photographed during a T3 program or event?

Yes, T3 Lacrosse often takes photographs and video coverage of their programs, clinic, and events. You will be asked to sign a waiver authorizing T3 Lacrosse to use these images, likenesses and/or voices in various publications, public relations or marketing releases, recruiting materials or for other endeavors specifically related to promotion of the sport of lacrosse without compensation. Can animals be brought to the T3 programs and events?

Many facilities have strict policies regarding allowing animals on the property. We encourage you to leave your pets at home unless they are service animals.

Do you have medical supervision at your programs and events?

T3 Lacrosse coaches have basic medical training and are equipped with a medical kit. T3 Lacrosse contracts with certified medical trainers for every tournament. The trainer tent is located near the T3 event headquarters tent and is connected to field staff via radio. Trainers are provided access to golf carts to allow for a quick response to any medical emergency.
