Summer Genesis roster/waiver instructions

BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR WAIVER PLEASE CHECK YOUR US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:
To complete your waiver please access our online form below via the ‘thinkLAX Player Waiver Form’ link below.
IMPORTANT NOTES: (please read)
  • Player Waivers are required to participate.
  • All Missing and/or US Lacrosse Membership validation errors must be completed/remediated ASAP.
  •  Due to US Lacrosse validation requirements we will not accept onsite paper waivers during the tournament
IMPORTANT WAIVER DATES & DEADLINES
Please make every effort to complete your player waiver by May 16.
   

Venue varies by graduation year:

2021-2022- Showcase Division each team will have 4 games – either 2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday or 3 Saturday and 1 Sunday.

2021’s will play at Ridge Road
2022’s at in the Net/Ridge Road

Hotel Information:

Summer Genesis event management has partnered with TRAVELING TEAMS® to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of tournament approved hotels close to the venues. This is a Stay to Play event. It is required that all teams traveling to this event reserve their hotel accommodations through TRAVELING TEAMS®.

T3 Lacrosse has reserved rooms blocks at various hotels for your convenience.

The cutoff date for the T3 Lacrosse blocks are January 20.
