LaxFit is a combination program designed for the competitive lacrosse player who wants to maximize her field position by increasing her athletic prowess.
For the first 30 minutes we use cutting edge strength and conditioning methods. These increase acceleration speed, max speed and improve agility skills to elevate game play. The second half of the session focuses on further developing lax skills, game IQ, how to move to prevent serious injury/track and maintain a heightened level of fitness. This class is great for all positions, including goalies!
